Job description for Senior Sales ( Flavor & fragrances) at Kital Vietnam
A Singaporean company with production facilities in Singapore and Vietnam, specializing in the creation and manufacturing of flavors and fragrances for food and beverage industry. Our plants have been selling throughout Southeast Asia countries including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive with experience in the flavor industry to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support sales by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative flavor solutions to meet customer needs.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage sector (beverages, bakery, confectionery, savory, dairy, etc.).
• Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the flavorists and application technologists to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Prepare and deliver professional product presentations, proposals, and samples.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms in line with company policies.
• Regional Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams across ASEAN to align strategies and share market insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of B2B sales experience in the flavor, fragrance, or food ingredients industry.
• Strong network within the food and beverage manufacturing sector
• Technical understanding of flavor applications and sensory profiles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regionally within Southeast Asia.
• Fluent in English.
• Open to overseas candidates who are fluent in Chinese and willing to relocate to Singapore.
