ABOUT US
AEGENDA is a fashion brand that combines art, science, and technology. We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the sales strategies, and ensure that sales targets are met. This role will work closely with designers, producers, and the Marketing Team to drive sales and increase revenue for AEGENDA.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Support the production team in inventory management.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven working experience as a business development, sales executive, or a relevant role;
- Proven sales track record;
- Experience in digital is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
- Proficiency in English;
- Market knowledge;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build rapport;
- Time management and planning skills;

Working schedule: During office hours: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Hybrid, District 2, HCMC, Vietnam
