Job description for Senior Recruiter at Pt Graha Megaria Raya
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree Psychology, Management, or related field
- Experienced in recruitment at least 4 years (recruitment consultant/headhunting agencies combined with corporate recruiter background)
- Good network in property and hospitality industries would be an advantage
- Having recruitment skill (behavioral event interview, using Psychology Test (DISC and other with - scorings)
- Proficient in candidates sourcing, screening, recruitment process, negotiation and administration
- Strong in process-based type of work, good communication, creative.
