Job description for Senior Project Manager at CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ TRUNG SƠN
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, and deliver IT projects according to project timeline
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Remove obstacles that impact team productivity
- Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog
- Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)
- Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT or software development projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in project management or IT project delivery
