Job description for Senior Performance Marketing at Pati Group
I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
PATI Group is targeting 20x growth within one year. We operate D2C e-commerce brands in international markets, and Paid Traffic is one of the three engines driving that goal.
This role owns the budget and scales the numbers. You will not be buried in manual work - provided you make full use of our AI ecosystem.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, launch & optimise Meta / Google / TikTok Ads for US/EU markets.
- Own ROAS, CAC & LTV and decide what to cut, hold or scale.
- Analyse campaign & creative performance and drive the next round of testing.
- Work directly with the Creative Team to develop new ad variations.
- Build scalable testing & measurement systems and apply AI/Automation to reporting and analysis.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads. Experience handling is mandatory (preference for POD, Dropship, or Global DTC).
- Mathematical & Logical Thinking: Extremely strong. You must work based on data, not intuition.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and comprehension (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent). Ability to scan technical documents, policy updates, and US market research fluently.
- Active self-learner who can independently figure out and solve new problems.
IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary from VND 25M, negotiable based on capability.
- Performance bonus based on ROAS & LTV.

V. TIME
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM (paid as a full day)
Location: Midtown M7 Signature (Đường số 15, Phường Tân Mỹ (Quận 7 cũ)
Note: This is a full-time, onsite position to ensure the highest speed of coordination.
