JOB DESCRIPTION

The Context & Architectural Mandate

• We are executing a hyperscale digital transformation for a premier multimedia conglomerate, deploying a highly distributed, "Best-of-Breed" enterprise architecture. The overarching mandate is absolute vendor independence and architectural purity: we operate exclusively on Odoo Community Edition (CE) 18 augmented by the OCA (Odoo Community Association) ecosystem, completely integrated with Bravo 10 ERP as our immutable financial system of record.
• We have explicitly eliminated external workflow orchestrators and external Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems from this phase. All operational workflows, complex multi-tiered approval matrices, and document lifecycles must be orchestrated natively within Odoo CE 18 using OCA frameworks.
• As the Lead Solution Architect, I require a Senior Business Analyst who understands that a system is only as good as the processes it enforces. You will not merely gather requirements; you will engineer operational blueprints. Your mission is to bridge the chaotic, high-velocity reality of media production with the uncompromising, mathematical rigor of corporate finance.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Architecture Mapping: Map, optimize, and document complex "As-Is" and "To-Be" operational workflows for our Phase 1 pillars: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), OPEX & Project Budgeting, Cash Advances & Clearings, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• OCA Ecosystem Utilization: Act as the subject matter expert on OCA capabilities. You must know exactly which OCA modules (e.g., account_budget_oca, hr_expense_advance_clearing, base_tier_validation, agreement_legal) to deploy to solve business problems, preventing unnecessary custom development and technical debt.
• Native Workflow Design: Since we rely entirely on native Odoo for orchestration, you will design the logical flow for multi-level approval matrices. You will define the exact domains, thresholds, and sequence rules for Tier Validations across POs, Expense Reports, and Budgets.
• Cross-Functional Translation: Serve as the definitive translator between operational units (Media Production, Legal, Procurement) and the technical/financial units (Odoo Developers, Bravo 10 Financial Controllers). You will author meticulous Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) that leave zero room for ambiguity.
• Master Data Governance Design: Define the rules for Master Data Management (MDM). You will design how Odoo's Analytic Accounts and Budgetary Positions map seamlessly to Bravo 10's Chart of Accounts, ensuring flawless financial synchronization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Expertise (The Non-Negotiables)

• Extensive BA Experience in ERP: 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst deploying enterprise-grade ERP systems, specifically within complex corporate structures.
• Odoo CE & OCA Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of Odoo Community Edition (v16+, v18 preferred) and a strong command of the OCA ecosystem. You must know how to configure and leverage community modules to achieve Enterprise-level functionality.
• Financial Domain Acumen: You must possess a strong grasp of accounting principles. You need to understand how a Purchase Order impacts commitments, how an Advance Clearing affects the balance sheet, and how variance analysis works in project budgeting.
• Analytical Sharpness: You possess a systematic, ruthless approach to edge cases. You do not just design the "happy path"; you anticipate exceptions, over-budget scenarios, missing approvals, and data anomalies, designing strict guardrails for each.
• Stakeholder Command: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese. You have the authority and expertise to push back on operational teams when their requests violate architectural integrity or financial compliance.

Nice-To-Haves

• Familiarity with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS Circular 99).
• Experience integrating operational ERPs with localized financial ledgers (like Bravo).
• Previous exposure to the operational nuances of the media, broadcasting, or digital content production sectors.
