THE ROLE:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team and lead the design efforts for our office and showroom spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for office and showroom projects, including space planning, conceptual design, material selection, and furniture specification.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Make a story for the concept, ideal, and follow with 3D
- Create design presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate concepts.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee the installation and implementation of design solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in interior design.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Certification by a recognized interior design organization is a plus.
