Job description for Senior Marketing Executive at MOSAIC COMPANY LIMITED
Dinos Vietnam is a key player in a leading Affiliate Marketing platform, with an extensive network across Vietnam and the Asia region. We collaborate with strategic partners such as MB Bank, Be, ZaloPay, and international brands from Asia and Europe.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive with strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect and convey messages effectively. In this role, you will lead community and social media development activities, playing a key part in building brand identity, enhancing user engagement, and driving business growth through digital platforms.

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage, and produce content for B2B marketing campaigns, including company branding and personal branding (press releases, newsletters, social media content, and PR articles).
- Create and manage content across owned media channels (website, fanpage, community groups, TikTok, etc.) to attract potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights and industry trends.
- Participate in organizing online/offline events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the media team to develop ideas for marketing materials (brochures, standees, flyers, landing pages, offer content, etc.).
- Contribute to monthly marketing planning with the team and leader.
- Prepare periodic reports on progress and performance; collaborate with other departments and perform additional tasks as assigned.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Must-have
- At least 3 years of experience in Product/Brand Marketing, preferably with experience leading B2B projects.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing techniques.
- Logical and structured thinking with strong presentation skills.
- Good understanding of market research methods, statistics, and data analysis.
- Experience working with social media platforms and web analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Good command of English or Chinese.
2. Preferred (Nice-to-have)
- Experience working with Digital Performance Agencies in the Chinese market.
- Strong design thinking ability.
- Experience working in startups, digital product companies, or e-commerce businesses.

- Base salary: 14,000,000 – 17,000,000 VND
