MAIN DUTY: Understanding Con Cung people working in the retail environment in terms of capabilities and expectations in order to conduct projects and activities that improve the employee experience (EX) and engagement along their journey at Con Cung.
· Schedule and conduct recruitment plan and project to fulfill the company expansion plan
· Prepare online & offline recruitment materials (poster, flyer, FB post, …)
· Propose improvement in recruitment processes and methods to optimize recruitment time and costs
· Participate in Employee Branding project
· Prepare recruitment report
· Continously observe and learn the people development and engagement trend (techniques, channels, stories…) to propose inniatives and solutions to line manager
· Act under compliance to be the ambassador of Con Cung culture to promote Con Cung core values.
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing or experience in Hospitality
· 1 – 2 year experience in HR field, especially in Retail or Hospitality industry
· Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
· Able to use Photoshop, AI, and other design application is a plus
· Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
· Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
· Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
