About the Role: Manage daily Field Marketing operations, ensure smooth project onboarding, and optimize in-store execution performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Field Marketing operations, ensure smooth project onboarding, and optimize in-store execution performance.
- Draft standard operating procedure (SOP) documents for Field Marketing execution (Merchandising, Activation, Field
- Sales, PG/PB, Auditing) and set up Field Force Management App.
- Directly execute project onboarding for new clients, ensuring seamless handover from operational planning to field execution.
- Act as the primary Account Gateway between Clients and Smollan, promptly resolving in-store operational issues (complaints, staffing shortages, POSM/samples).
- Monitor field operational expenditure against budget and manage project P&L to optimize resources and mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze in-store execution data & sales insights to propose strategic adjustments aligned with dynamic retail market trends.
- Proactively identify upselling and contract renewal opportunities, offering value-added service solutions to clients.
- Prepare weekly/monthly review reports and participate in Business Review meetings with client management leadership teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Trade Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as an Senior Account Executive (Senior level) / Client Management in FMCG or Field Marketing Agency
- Deep understanding of GT/MT retail execution, FMCG distribution channels, and Shopper insights
