Job description for Senior Java Full-stack Developer / Technical Lead at Unit Technology Corporation
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and development of Finance/Lending systems.
- Develop backend services using Java and frontend applications using Angular, ensuring seamless integration across system components.
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs, implement business logic, and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Work with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server to develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data processing logic.
- Take on Technical Lead responsibilities, including solution analysis, task allocation, code reviews, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs), Quality Assurance (QA) engineers, and other stakeholders to support implementation, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/ college’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience working on projects in the Finance or Banking domain, with a strong preference for Lending platforms, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or Consumer Finance solutions.
- 5–7 years of software development experience, with hands-on experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
- Strong proficiency in Java backend development, preferably with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Security.
- Hands-on experience in frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including API integration.
- Solid experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, implementing authentication and authorization, and integrating systems.
- Experience working with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and independently resolve complex technical problems.
- Basic understanding of financial business processes and transaction data processing.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and business requirements in English.
