Job description for Senior International Search & Marketplace Executive at Lixibox
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end Google Ads account architecture across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and retargeting with clear brand versus non-branded segmentation.
- Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns against target ROAS and cost-of-sale ceilings.
- Maintain Google Merchant Center feeds across both brands, resolving diagnostics, disapprovals, policy issues, and duplicate listings.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations and Amazon Ads campaigns while controlling TACoS and placement bid modifiers.
- Partner with Supply Chain to manage demand-side inventory, FBA replenishment triggers, and stock-out risks across Amazon and Target Plus.
- Direct Target Plus listing setups, item data accuracy, promotional alignment, and Roundel on-site media.
- Analyze full-funnel GA4 e-commerce data to identify conversion drop-offs and turn insights into concrete landing page improvements.
- Deliver weekly search scorecards and monthly strategic reviews detailing prioritized performance marketing growth recommendations.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing orr related field
- Experience: 3+ years of performance marketing experience focused on DTC e-commerce growth in U.S. or international markets.
- Skill & Knowledge:
- Hands-on mastery of Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping) managing budgets of $5,000+/month.
- Hands-on expertise setting up, maintaining, and optimizing Google Merchant Center product feeds.
- Direct management experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
- Advanced GA4 analytical skills covering funnel drop-offs, path analysis, and segment comparisons.
- Proficiency with pivot tables, attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and blended efficiency metrics.
- Fluent business English communication skills (B2 level or above).
