- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives across the organization, to be aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding to offboarding, payroll, compensation benefit, organization development, including learning & development, career guidance and staff welfare.
- Oversee all human resource and office administration matters to ensure processes are smooth, compliant and effective
- Be the frontliner when it comes to management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues to the directors
- Ensure that the company cultures are shaped well within the organization’s activities through company engagement activities, benefits development, people development, including all HR policies
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Management, Administration, or any related field
- At least 3 years' experience in a HR related area, preferably at HR Generalist
- Knowledge of HR Systems and databases
- Well versed in Indonesia labor law and regulation, stay current on changes in laws and regulations
- Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask, good time management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill
- Experience in managing team
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse co-workers
- Having experience in Fashion Retail would be an advantage
