PT Bangun Jaya Cemerlang Perkasa bergerak dibidang Retail Building Material , saat ini membutuhkan SENIOR HR SPECIALIST OFFICER dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:
1. Pendidikan Min. D3/S1 di bidang HRM atau Psikologi, atau
2. Pengalaman min. 3-5 tahun sebagai HR Specialist officer.
3. Lokasi kerja: Serpong, Tangerang (tidak jauh dari Stasiun KA Commuter Line).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Menguasai Recruitment Strategies (excellent screening and recruitment knowledge), Performance and Talent Management, dan Organizational Development.
2. Memahami fungi HR Operations dan Compensation and Benefit Management Program
3. Menjalankan dan mengembangkan program-program Training and Development yang dibutuhkan setiap bisnis unit.
4. Mengadakan dan menganalisa program Performance Evaluation berdasarkan kebutuhan setiap bisnis unit.
5. Memahami Hukum Ketenagakerjaan dan penerapannya.
6. Mampu memberikan solusi dan meniaga lingkungan keria yang sehat dan aman.
