Job description for Senior HR Generalist at FlipFlop TV
- Responsible for talent acquisition, growth, and retention
- Identify the skill gap among employees and initiate training for the team
- Create and conduct a performance appraisal
- Promote HR and company programs to develop an efficient and engaging workplace
- Enhance employee well-being and morale with engagement activities and events
- Improve Human Resources processes including but not limited to meetings, on-boarding, and off-boarding
- Maintain good relations with all related divisions and ensure the same policy is being implemented by all employees
- Provide support to employees in various HR and ER-related issues such as attendance, sick, permission, leaves, compensations, and other employee issues
- Make report of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Reconciliation of monthly BPJS & PPh 21 Payment Report
- Guide developing and implementing HR processes and policies
- Have a good knowledge in Labor Laws (UU No.13 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan UU No.11 2021 Cipta Kerja)
- Create and participate in HR projects and activities
