Job Description:
- Handling recruitment process in factory
- Handling the industrial relation and labor law
- Handling >1000 employee in manufacture field and the labor union
- Handling BPJS and medical claim
- Do coaching and counseling
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of Psychology or Law
- Has experiences in related field for about 8 - 10 years
- Has experiences in supervisory level of HR is an advantages
- Should be able to communicate in English both written and verbal
- Experiences handling >1000 employee in manufacture field
- Mastering the industrial relation and labor law
- Understand the entire work process in human resources especially in manufacture industry(preferably in garment industry)
- Experiences handling labor union
- Good at communication
- Has ability to motivate the team
- Able to operate Ms.office
- Smart and able to work in a team
- Willing to be placed at Cileungsi
