- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various design projects,
proposing designs based on the latest trends and market insights.
- Design Proposals Aligned with Brand Guidelines: Develop design concepts and
implementation plans that adhere to the company's brand guidelines.
- Art Direction: Take charge of art direction in design-related projects, materializing creative
visions.
- Quality Assurance in Design Projects: Utilize creativity and innovation to maintain the
quality and creativity of design projects.
- Collaboration with Marketing/Sales Departments: Ensure brand consistency across the
website and all marketing channels.
- Supporting Role: Support team members in task request from other departments (if any).
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
**Expected qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design
- A strong design portfolio to showcase your creativity
- Solid experience on various design software and always update the newest to improve
design quality.
- Creative ideas & innovative spirit
- Nice and persuasive communication with other segment.
- Ability to work within a team and independently is required
- Quick response, able to deliver design in short time
- High responsibility & careful in details
