Job description for Senior Finance Officer at PT. Koltiva
- Record Monthly Memo Journal, accrual, reversal, and amortization.
- Check day to day GL posting and ensure Balance Sheet Reconciled
- Inputting financial documents administration and verifying the validity of documents in accordance with the SOP (Cash & Bank, Inventory, AP, AR, Adjusment Journal)
- Prepare payments to internal and external parties
- Prepare draft Financial Report Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
- Record Fixed Asset acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and prepare Fixed Asset Monthly Report.
- Conduct Fixed Asset Stock Take.
- Control and collaborate with another department to do asset maintenance.
- Establish Sales Invoice and Tax Invoice
- Prepare PPh 23, PPh 4(2) and VAT Report.
- Reconciliation SPT, GL, and do tax equalization.
- Assist Finance Manager for Financial Audit & Tax Audit.
- Assist Finance Manager with tax special project & initiative, including analysis, research & planning.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Finance/Accounting field.
- Having experiences in public accountant firm is preferable.
- Having Brevet, A & B Certificate is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, team player who also has strong integrity
- Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
- Strong communication skills and personality
- Fluent in oral and written English.
