Job description for Senior Event Planner at Integrated Marketing Solutions
Job Description
Receive brief from clients and identify clients’ requirements & expectations.
Research information regarding clients’ brands and activities.
Conduct cross-function brainstorming with the project team to build concepts, provide winning points and creative briefs.
Write IMC/event proposals and execution plans.
Present proposals to clients.
Update trends and keep up-to-date with the latest market.
Other duties as assigned by the Planning Manager/ Head of Planning Dept.
Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Planner/ Senior Account Executive at Event & Activation or IMC agency.
Good show/performance knowledge.
Good presentation and writing skills in English as well as Vietnamese.
Knowledge and interest in performing techniques is an advantage.
Good logical thinking with analytical skill, and project management skills.
Creative mindset.
Result-driven working style.
Good interpersonal skills.
Patient and willing to handle pressure.
