• Translate quality data and insights into actionable improvement plans at both classroom and program levels, proactively addressing quality gaps and risks.

* Curriculum & Material Development

• Design comprehensive, needs-based English training curricula covering business communication, business writing, presentation skills, and professional English aligned with organizational needs.

• Develop high-quality learning materials, including lesson plans, facilitator guides, learner handouts, assessments, e-learning modules, and supplementary resources.

• Regularly review, evaluate, and update existing curricula to reflect current language standards, evolving business contexts, and learner feedback.

• Pilot new or revised content, collect and analyze performance data, and refine materials based on learner outcomes and stakeholder input.

III. Mentoring & Coaching

• Mentor English Trainer I & II through structured coaching, observations, and feedback.

• Support onboarding and capability development of trainers.

• Facilitate peer learning, sharing best practices and instructional strategies.

• Identify development gaps and recommend targeted interventions.

• Co-design or co-facilitate learning programs beyond English where relevant.

• Participate in L&D projects with defined deliverables and business impact.

• Apply instructional design and facilitation expertise to broader talent programs.

V. Other Assigned Tasks

• Execute additional responsibilities aligned with department priorities as assigned by line managers.
