Job description
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for assigned channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Quickly adapt strategies to leverage new features and updates for maximum visibility and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers and other stakeholders on the e-commerce platforms.
- Negotiate for better visibility, promotional opportunities, and other benefits.
- Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns tailored to each platform.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce with 3 - 5 years of experience, particularly with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing practices in Vietnam.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with platform representatives and internal teams.
- Agile and quick learning abilities to adapt to rapidly changing environments and platform updates.
- Salary: 15M - 17M gross + KPI bonus
