Job description for Senior Digital Media Executive at MEKONG COMMUNICATIONS
1. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve advanced knowledge for handling media both branding & performance jobs.
- Independently manage and execute (setup, track, optimize) digital campaigns across multi-channels flawlessly (Google ads, Facebook ads, other channels if required)
- Outstandingly perform & manage campaign implementation.
- Independently develop strategic media plans for branding/performance campaigns with competitive KPIs and strong rationales.
- Overcome market challenges for setting competitively KPIs and achieve media savings before/during or after the projects/campaigns.
- Be able to develop strategic media branding/performance approach or proposal to support Line Manager.
- Outstandingly optimize the campaigns at various types of metrics to retain, satisfy and grow media accounts.
- Continuously research and apply new techniques, platforms to acquire more valuable data for interpreting and do optimization.
- Present, communicate or consult clients effectively for media approach, solutions and satisfy any concerns.
- Proficiently manage and train the team as well as support Line Manager to achieve business KPIs.
2. Requirements:
- At least 3 years of digital media position in terms of planning & optimizing.
- Good communication skill is a must.
- Outgoing & carefulness are required to fulfill the workload.
- Willing to learn and grow along with the campaigns/projects.
- Experienced in Google, Facebook Ads and other advanced media channels (if any).
- Experienced with KPI challenges as: CPL, CPQL, CPI, CPA is the plus
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team work and time management skills.
