Job description for Senior Digital Marketing at Samo Holding

Mô tả công việc
- Nghiên cứu, phân tích thị trường Mobile app toàn cầu bằng các công cụ như Appsflyer, Firebase, App Annie, SensorTower, các công cụ nghiên cứu từ khóa như Google keyword planner, Keyword tool, keyword.io, appkeywork ,....
- Đưa ra chiến lược Marketing Mobile App trên App Store và Google Play (ASO tương tự SEO trên Google Search).
- Tối ưu phần trình bày sản phẩm trên App Store, Google Play (Từ khóa, Graphic, Review,....).
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai quảng cáo Mobile app trên Google Ads, Facebook Ads và các nền tảng khác.
- Tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo hướng đối tượng theo hành vi sử dụng sản phẩm (Chiến dịch in-app action).
- Phân tích các chỉ số trên Facebook Ads, Google Ads, các chỉ số của ứng dụng trên Google Console, Firebase, Google Analytics kết hợp với các nền tảng dữ liệu khác để đưa ra giải pháp Marketing phù hợp với sản phẩm.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Có kiến thức về chuyên ngành Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan như: Công nghệ thông tin, Thiết kế đồ họa... (Có kiến thức về tài chính, chứng khoán là một lợi thế).
• Có kiến thức về sản phẩm, dịch vụ Am hiểu về SEO, Content, Google Ads...
• Có kinh nghiệm hoặc đã từng thực chiến trên nền tảng kỹ thuật số .
• Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office, sử dụng được phần mềm thiết kế (Photoshop hay AI) hay ứng dụng thiết kế ảnh trực tuyến (Canva,..) là 1 lợi thế.
• Tư duy phân tích và chiến lược quảng cáo, Sáng tạo, linh hoạt.
• Khả năng giao tiếp tốt .
• Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, làm việc trên môi trường áp lực cao.
• Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, cá nhân, tỉ mỉ và chăm chỉ.
