Job description for Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Yoona Digital Indonesia

We are looking for an Digital Marketing expert to manage all digital marketing activities. He/She will manage Facebook Ads campaigns, Google search campaigns ٫ and all other pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the SEO and Social Media Marketing team to maximize ROI٫ and drive traffic٫ and customers. In addition٫ the Digital Marketing Specialist is in charge of managing the online marketing budget.

Responsibilities
Execute tests٫ collect and analyze data٫ identify trends and insights
Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns using analysis of data
Track٫ report٫ and analyze website analytics
Track٫ report٫ and analyze PPC initiatives and campaigns
Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.
Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
Continually expand and optimize paid keyword discovery
Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Requirements
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing
Provden experience managing Fb and Instagram Ads
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Continually current on trends and best SEM practices
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
Strong analytical skills
Experience generating SEM Reports
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience with Facebook and Instagram marketing/ads
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
