As a DevOps Engineer, you will be involved in Impact’s Engineering team to develop the next-generation technologies that change how businesses grow their companies and people through data and business process optimization. We're looking for DevOps Engineers to maintain the stability of our software product and be the key person for server optimization.
As Impact’s DevOps Engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to the company's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.

The objective of engineering team:
- Provide best solutions to client’s pain points
- Optimize the backlog process system, and sprint velocity optimization

Responsibility
- Develop, deliver, maintain, improve, unit test, and integrate product features with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Research, conceive, and develop software applications to extend and improve Impact’s products
- Monitor the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and update or create new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
- Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Build, release and manage configuration management of infrastructure and application in multiple environments
- Collaborate closely with related stakeholders to evaluate the technical feasibility, release, and timely execution of features
Qualification
- Demonstrated working skills and knowledge in cloud services, code repositories, configuration scripts, microservices, databases, network and security management
- Deep technical understanding of development and platform engineering
- 2+ years experience implementing any of the following: large-scale distributed systems, SaaS architecture, microservices
- Experienced using one or more programming languages, including but not limited to JavaScript, Odoo, Python, or Go
- Proven ability in managing applications in a Kubernetes cluster
- Strong algorithmic, data structure, object-oriented programming skills, and ability to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability
Tech stack we use but not limited to:
Odoo, Python, Javascript (Node.js, Vue.js)
DB: MySQL, PostgreSQL
Knowledge in: Docker, Firestore, Redis, Cypress, RabbitMQ, Postman API is a plus.
