I. ROLE OVERVIEW
Create ideas and copy that move both brands and business results across retainer accounts, performance advertising materials and IMC campaigns. This is a senior craft role with a clear development path toward Copy Lead
II.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Creative & Campaign Work
• Turn briefs, audience insights and brand strategy into strong creative territories, campaign ideas, key messages and channel-ready copy.
• Write and adapt copy across approximately performance output and IMC work, including KVs, social/digital ads, scripts, content series, landing pages, CTAs and campaign ecosystems.
• Build structured copy variations and testing angles; use campaign learnings to improve hooks, messages and future creative output.
• Partner with Art, Strategy, Account, Media and Production teams from brief to final delivery; present and defend ideas clearly in internal and client meetings.
Senior Ownership & Growth Toward Copy Lead
• Own copy quality and deadlines for assigned projects, review work before senior/client submission and reduce avoidable revision rounds.
• Mentor junior writers through actionable feedback, facilitate selected brainstorms or reviews and help improve team standards, tools and ways of working.
• Coordinate copy tasks on selected projects and proactively raise risks, priorities and solutions with the Creative Director.
III.WHAT WE LOOKING FOR
• 6 years of copywriting experience in an advertising, creative, digital or integrated agency; able to independently own projects or workstreams.
• A portfolio showing both performance advertising and IMC thinking—not only social captions or editorial content. Please clarify your role in each project.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, beauty or cosmetics experience is strongly preferred; comfortable with technical and claim-sensitive content.
• Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills, with working English for briefs, research, presentations and bilingual adaptation.
• Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, brand voice, channel adaptation and concise conversion-focused writing.
• Able to connect creative decisions with campaign objectives and performance signals, while protecting brand and content accuracy.
• Confident in presenting ideas, managing feedback and collaborating across Creative, Account, Strategy, Media and Production.
• Demonstrated mentoring or copy-review ability, strong ownership and the maturity to grow into a Copy Lead role

• Salary: VND 20,000,000–22,000,000 gross per month.
