Job description for Senior C&B Specialist at Mac Marketing
Responsibilities
- Processing monthly payroll in smoothly & accurately operation.
- Responsible for monthly PIT declaration, annual PIT finalization, monthly SHUI & medical insurance declaration.
- Managing, follow up & complete other processes related to employees’ payroll such as resignation handover, internal movements, onboarding documents of newhires and ensure that all related supporting/approval documents sufficiently filling in HRIS.
- Handle employee queries related to salary & benefit with high customer service mindset.
- Provide advice to employees and stakeholders about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance.
- Manage employee data & employment documents to meet internal & external requirements.
- Review, evaluate current/new policies and procedures relating to compensation & benefit to ensure compliance & relevant. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and overall company policy
- Support reporting & workforce analytics.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting Department to reconcile all costs: Salary, PIT, SHUI, Sick leave claims and Trade Union.
- Ensure payments are processed accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and overall company policy.
- Involve in C&B annual activities & project assigments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, PIT, Social Insurance, and related regulations.
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills and experience with HRIS.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
