AnSign (HK) provides secure and compliant e-signature, digital contract, and office solutions for businesses. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in the electronic signature industry, we are now expanding our partner ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a Business Representative to lead the development of our local partner network in Vietnam and serve as the main point of contact between AnSign (HK) headquarters and the Vietnamese market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner and channel expansion plans for Vietnam.
- Recruit and manage high-potential sales agents, distributors, and technical service providers.
- Build long-term relationships with key partners and support commercial negotiations.
- Activate partners and develop business opportunities to improve customer and market coverage.
- Coordinate key opportunities, partner requirements, and market initiatives with headquarters.
- Monitor the partner pipeline, performance, and local market developments.
Requirements
- Vietnamese proficiency for business communication — required.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency for business communication with headquarters — required.
- Approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in business development, channel sales, partnerships, or enterprise sales.
- Proven ability to develop and manage business partners.
- Strong local business relationships or channel resources in Vietnam.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital solutions is preferred.
