It is about building your own pipeline, approaching decision makers, and closing strategic deals.

What You Will Do
Hunt for Opportunities
- Identify and research potential enterprise customers
- Build your own pipeline via LinkedIn, databases, and industry networks
- Target decision-makers across multiple industries
Execute Outbound Strategy
- Run personalized cold outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Build referral networks and partnerships
- Secure meetings with C-level and department leaders
Close Strategic Deals
- Understand business problems and operational challenges
- Present Base.vn solutions that deliver real value
- Manage the full cycle: Prospecting => Meeting => Proposal => Closing
Performance Expectations
- Probation period: 3 months
- Targets during probation: Close at least 2 new customers
- After 3 months:
Revenue targets based on level

Who We’re Looking For
Must-have
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales / business development
- Proven experience in Outbound or Hunting sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers
- Self-driven and resilient under pressure
Nice-to-have
- Experience selling SaaS / technology solutions
- Experience working with SMEs or enterprise clients
