Job description for Senior Business Development and Partnership at Moslem Community Application
- Opening access to communicate with external (cold-call, introductory email, meeting scheduling and finding the right person to pitch within external organizations)
- Probing the needs, identify pain points, expectations, and gaining insights from the external partners
- Create proposal of partnership, concepting collaboration project and provide presentable deck for pitching to external partners
- Pitching the collaborative project proposal to potential partners. Develop and perform a great communication and negotiation skills while preparing for a collaborative project with external partners
- Manage to prepare, review, and process signing for legal documents such as NDA and Agreement with external partners
- Manage day to day communications with external partners
- Manage, drive and lead project especially internal communications within umma for integration process and project execution
- Create weekly report of BD activities
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience working as B2B sales, business development, partnership/partner acquisitions, project manager, merchant acquisitions, or strategy and planning in the tech, banking, fintech, e-commerce, sharia industries, or start-up fields
- Experience in concepting collaborative partnership proposal, pitching to external partners, and planning business strategies
- Experience in end-to-end project execution with external partners
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, drafting plan, leading projects, or integration with internal stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities to translate partner needs and insights into business opportunities for company growth
- Experience in account management, day to day communication with external partners and handling internal and external report/performance of collaborative project.
