ROLE OVERVIEW & SCOPE
Current Scope: ~70% Business Intelligence (BI)/Data, ~30% Operations & Marketing.
Evolution & Direction: The objective of this role is to systematically reduce time spent on routine BI tasks by leveraging AI automation, thereby freeing up bandwidth to expand into strategic operations, marketing, and commercial initiatives.
Ideal Profile: Suitable for BI/Data professionals who want to transition into broader business, operational, and commercial roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Products
- Perform user acquisition analytics and evaluate growth channel efficiency.
- Analyze customer data to support credit scoring models and risk management.
- Audit partner data and manage daily sales operations to drive growth.
2. SME & Partner Network Operations
- Analyze data to build commercial policies and optimize pickup fulfillment rates.
- Monitor channel sales performance, order allocation, and risk controls.
- Extract and validate operational data for billing and reconciliation.
3. Strategic & Cross-Functional Initiatives
- Execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives, product operations, and marketing support assigned by department management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Logistics, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, E-Wallet, or Tech companies.
- Background in BI or data analytics, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business and operational strategies.
- Proficient in SQL and Python; hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and automation/AI solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong work ethic and high personal ownership.
