Senior Accountant
Job description for Senior Accountant at Nogle Taiwan Limited 諾傑股份有限公司
As a Senior Accountant, you will act as the member of the Finance team to manage accounting activities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and along local and international accounting guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and post day-to-day accounting entries and finance-related work (AP/AR/GL)
- Participate in month-end closing procedure and prepare monthly reporting package
- Process and manage fixed assets for entities and subsidiaries
- Take charge of financial and tax matters of subsidiaries before the local finance teams are built
- Coordinate reconciliations of accounts and financial consolidation
- Support project implementation on innovation around system automation, reporting, process and control
- Assist with internal and external audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field
- Audit firm experience is a plus
- 5+ year working experience in Accounting/Finance
- Familiar with banking operation and local taxation including VAT and withholding tax declaration and reconciliation
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global / MNCs working experience
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Highly self-motivated and with the ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and demonstrate a strong work ethic in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
