Job description for Senior Account Executive at PT Bajau Escorindo
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Manage and track client outreach
- Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients
- Communicate strategy to relevant team-members
- Grab sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors and internal networks in order to increase business volume
- Cooperate with customers according to the agreement and customer needs
- Mapping customer accounts

- Knowing the customer profile, for example the type of industry, products & systems used
- Finding challenges from customer problems so that they can offer the best product or solution
- Knowing in detail all the solutions offered by the company so as to educate customers well
- Develop & maintain a good relationship with customers, principals & being able to formulate strategies for customer accounts
- Ensure cooperation with customers according to the agreement and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' of relevant experience
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have wide connections
- Experience in Software and Solution sales *Preferable
- Experience in Workload Automation Solution sales *Preferable
- Financial Industry base customer and database
- Fluent in english (oral & written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Charming
- Good in negotiation
- Good communication skills
