Job description for Senior Account Executive at Brandup Vietnam
I. ROLE OVERVIEW
Own day-to-day client relationships and end-to-end delivery for retainer accounts and integrated campaigns, with a balanced focus on high-volume advertising materials and IMC. This role suits a commercially aware, hands-on agency professional who can lead workstreams independently and grow into an Account Supervisor.
II. WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Serve as the main day-to-day client contact: clarify briefs, manage expectations, document decisions, and build trusted relationships.
- Lead multiple retainer workstreams from brief to launch and report across social/performance advertising materials and IMC campaigns.
- Coordinate Strategy, Creative, Content, Design, Media, Production, vendors, and clients to deliver on time and to the agreed quality.
- Own project plans, scopes, estimates, budgets, change requests, approvals, billing milestones, and essential account documentation.
- Anticipate risks, solve day-to-day issues, and escalate major scope, timeline, quality, compliance, or relationship concerns with clear recommendations.
- Quality-check key deliverables and coordinate claims, disclaimers, usage rights, and medical/legal approvals for Healthcare, Beauty, and Cosmetics accounts.
- Delegate to and coach Account Executives/Interns, review their outputs, and keep the internal team aligned on priorities.
- Use approved AI tools to improve research, briefs, meeting notes, planning, and reporting — while verifying all outputs and protecting confidential data.
III. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4–6+ years of relevant experience years in an advertising, digital, creative, or integrated agency, including at least 2 years of Senior level experience.
- Proven ownership of retainer accounts, concurrent deliverables, and campaigns from brief through execution and reporting.
- Experience in Healthcare, Beauty, Cosmetics, wellness, personal care, or another claimsensitive category is strongly preferred.
- Strong client communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Solid commercial understanding of scope, estimates, production costs, budget tracking, change control, billing, and margin impact.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with the judgment to prioritize, challenge unclear requests, and make sound decisions.
- Experience guiding junior team members and readiness to take broader account and peopleleadership responsibility within 6–12 months.
- Fluent Vietnamese; professional working English and practical proficiency with projectmanagement and AI tools are preferred.
