1. JOB DESCRIPTION
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, especially international clients, and coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Production, SEO, etc.) to deliver Digital Marketing projects effectively.
– Attend and actively participate in meetings with international clients to present project updates, discuss requirements, clarify expectations, and align on project direction and deliverables.
– Manage client communication, understand business objectives, clarify requirements, and ensure project execution meets client expectations.
– Take part in Business Development activities by identifying potential clients and business opportunities, supporting client outreach and pitching, preparing proposals and presentations, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
– Review and provide feedback on Campaign's materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and overall quality.
– Support sourcing vendor, including partner coordination, timeline tracking, and execution management.
– Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and proactively propose solutions to strengthen client relationships and project outcomes.
– Maintain project documentation and reports to ensure transparent communication and effective project management.
2. REQUIREMENTS
– Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with confidence in working directly with English-speaking clients.
– Experience working with international clients, global brands, or multicultural teams is highly preferred.
– Candidates who have studied abroad, graduated from international programs, or worked in an international environment are highly valued.
– Strong client management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to understand client needs, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage projects effectively.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience preparing proposals and presentations is a plus.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
− Prior experience in Business Development (BD) is preferred
