Job description for Senior Account Executive (IMC) at TBWA\Group Vietnam

TBWA\Group Vietnam is a disruptive advertising agency that is redefining the industry. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Account Executive (IMC) to join our team of talented professionals. Join us as we revolutionize brand communication campaigns and spearhead groundbreaking initiatives to introduce innovative products and services.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution.
  • Support to manage project scope and timelines. Implement any necessary processes and procedures.
  • Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure input products meet desired quality and are delivered within deadlines.
  • Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Media/ Creative/ Social to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Administrative tasks under the line manager's direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
  • Prepare reports for the client and internal team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years working in Creative Agency as an Account Executive or relevant positions and want to improve your skill in these fields.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule.
  • Good client service skills
  • Good at English
  • Good presentation and proposal development skills
  • Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas
  • Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
  • Flexible thinking and open minded
  • Good at both of working in team and individually
