Job description for Senior Account Executive (Event/Activation) at CREASIA GROUP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client management: build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
  • Project management: coordinating with related department: Creative, Marketing, Field Operation, Procurement to prepare proposal, quotation to bid and deploy projects from current clients and new clients to ensure service excellence.
  • Team management: Involving in recruitment, training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
  • New business development: approach and build new client.
  • Responsible for billing/revenue target.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing agency (Event, Activation, BTL) or marketing of FMCG companies.
  • Excellent client service skill and business development.
  • Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Independence and initiative.
  • A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
