1. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand client business objectives and propose suitable communication and marketing
solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Production, Media and Finance to deliver
projects effectively.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare project scopes, quotations and proposals when required.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for optimization and upselling.
• Prepare reports and updates for clients as needed.
2. Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong awareness of market trends, consumer behavior and cultural insights.
• Customer service mindset.
• Strong project management and communication skills. Good presentation and persuasion skills.
• High-energy individual with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
