Job description for Secretary (Mandarin Speaker) at Pt Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo
- Maximal 25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree required (any major).

- Fluent in Mandarin is a must
- Excellent timetable
- Good administrative, and organizational skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner. Prior experience in the administration would be advantageous.
- Driving License (A)
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the company.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
- Able to use standard operation program (Ms. Office).
- Good communication, well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- High level of discretion in handling all confidential information.
