Job Description
Own end-to-end planning and preparation of all the company SEC filings, coordinating the SEC review process with company management and leading special projects
Prepare and coordinate all internal financial reporting, quarterly and annual reports, including the information gathering process and required SEC filings
Maintaining an awareness of company products, services, and the related regulatory environment to effectively manage and comply with all regulatory reporting requirements and disclosures
Be a trusted partner building strong cross-functional relationships to support Company initiatives
Requirement
At least 5+ years of financial reporting or SEC filing experience
Able to control the SEC report process well
Good communication/writing skills in English
With EDGAR, filing experience is a plus
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
