TASKS:
• Judging user search needs through query and tools, and sorting out the classification of requirements.
• Give ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement.
• Completion of weekly and bimonthly assessments of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents.
• Planning and propose the implementation of technology related to search management.
• Working with Product & Tech team to integrate content search to optimize performance & user experience
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• 2 years or more of prior experience within a digital content, content management systems, content workflows.
• Thinking is based on data and analytical skills, which can interpret data, identify problems, and come up with constructive solutions.
• Learn about search engines, familiar with Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient use of Word, Excel
• Excellent writing, speech and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with others within a large, diverse team
• The ability to solve problems and be under high pressure
• Passionate and knowledgeable about music.
