SEO Specialist - Search Engine Optimization Specialist
Job Description
- Participate in making strategic and implementing plans for SEO to increase the website's ranking and traffic (including Master plan, quarterly and monthly plan, ect.)
- Optimizing Website Architecture, Technical Website, Entity Onsite and Off-site, Content, On-page, Internal Link, Off-Page,... and fixing SEO problems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase our organic search traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Optimize website including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages for search engines and users alike.
- Work closely with our content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence.
- Training and following the SEO team (Intern, Fresher, Content,...) to deploy according to the set plan.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes and best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and recommendations for improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience working on SEO campaigns
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
- Digital/SEO agency experience is highly valued.
- Proficiency in a range of digital marketing tools and platforms, SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console,...
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in digital marketing analytics and SEO.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with freelancers and internal teams.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and platform requirements.
- Project management skills.
- Internal training on expertise and soft skills
- Problem-solving, Planning, Time management skills.
- Ability to learn and self-discover new knowledge.
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
- Knowledge of SEM is a plus but not mandatory.
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
