5. Result Oriented with good process justification
6. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang People Development / Manajemen SDM
Job Description :
1. Manage each project’s scope and timeline
2. Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
3. Coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
4. Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
5. Remove the impediments for the scrum team
6. Interacting with other technology teams and clients throughout the software lifecycle.
