Job description for Scrum Master (SEA region) at CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ TRUNG SƠN
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework for SEA partners in Thailand, Malaysia, Phillipines,..
- Remove obstacles that impact team productivity
- Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog
- Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)
- Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments
Technical & Professional Requirements
Required
- Good English communication in IT sector
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Experience working with cross-functional development teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiar with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Preferred
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
- Experience in software development environment
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience (adjust based on level)
