Job description for SAP Support - Hybrid 1 day onsite - Contractor at Công ty TNHH Diksha Technologies

1. Working Time: Office hours Monday to Friday (Weekend can be needed offsite ad hoc basis during month and quarter end) onsite 01 month then working hybrid.

2. Location: Coca cola factory, 485 ha noi highway, thu duc

Scope of Work:

Level 1 Fico & SD: support for SAP operation including all SAP modules( mainly FICO,SD) and SAP Integrated systems. Playing roles as main PIC for coordination from business to L2 Consultant team

Support Administration tasks using Governance, Risk Compliance SAP system. Addressing new user request, alternation of roles and authorization

Escalation PIC for urgent issue ( mainly FICO,SD)

Follow and and ensure vendor complied with Agreed SLA
