Job description for Sales Team Lead (Field Operations) at PT Minuman Keliling Sejahtera
- Minimum D3/S1 in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader, Supervisor, or Coordinator, preferably in F&B, direct selling, or field sales.
- Good conversational English with clear communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, and managing field sales teams/riders to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of territory management and route planning, particularly in Jakarta and Central Jakarta.
- Able to provide practical sales training and onboarding for new riders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and crisis-management skills, with the ability to lead firmly while maintaining positive relationships with field staff.
- Target-oriented, highly motivated, and willing to work flexible hours in the field.
