Job description for Sales Support - Fresher Japanese JLPT N2 at CÔNG TY TNHH PERSOLKELLY VIỆT NAM
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support tracking actual and forecast volume, price management, SOP/EOP of series Part numbers
- Support creating quotation and other ad-hoc files or reports following Sales Manager’s request
- Support for current forecast input
- Upload quotation to register price value and downloading data from customer portal, making file report
- Support checking, sending request to register/maintain price value in internal system
- Track invoice amount, process for retroactive debit, credit note
- Support create and maintain WorkOn
- Check emails from central and distribute emails
- Master Data tracking and updating
Other Responsibilities
- Follows all tasks and responsibilities to achieve the given targets
- Is responsible for accomplishing the assigned tasks, at the established deadlines and in terms of quality
- Is responsible for accomplishing the assigned tasks within the terms of the law
- Responsible for and guarantee the confidentiality and security of the handled data
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience
- Japanese JLPT N2 or upper N3, English Intermediate level
- Studies in an Economics or Linguistics
- Good communication skills, assertive
- Independent and pro-active working style
- Ability to work in team (including virtual teams). Customer Orientation
- Systematic, organized and precise working style
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Interest/knowledge in the automotive industry products
- Knowledge in Sales planning and use of IT tools (i.e. SAP) is preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt with new tools, systems
