A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collecting orders from customers and sales.
- Follow up orders internally as well as externally with customers.
- Weekly report about sales forecast to Planning Team. Input and follow on ERP system.
- Making sales, KPI reports. Analyse datas, making graphs or presentation under supervision of Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Doing Sales admin activities: Quotations, contracts, meeting minutes, sales kits, preparing for Marketing and Sales activities like Promotions, Training, Fairs, Travelling,…
- Support consulting, answering customer inquiries and complaints about products and order status
- Participating on ERP, CRM, Website project, Marketing and Communication activities depending on ability.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College/University graduated with major related to Business Administration, Commercial, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Information Technology, etc
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales admin, sales operation, customer service and related fields.
- Having experience working with ERP, CRM systems, and supply chain management from order receipt to delivery is a plus.
- Prociency English. Having Korean, Chinese, Japanese or Cambodian additionally is a plus.
- Proficiency in using common MS Office, professional reports and modern communication tools.
- Reliable, hard-working, passioned, service-minded and having high responsibility ability
