Job description for Sales Supervisor at Annam Group
- Responsible for revenue of the Wholesale
- Follow the progress of implementing wholesale target
- Maintain relationship with recent customers
- Do market research and seek for new customers
- Contract negotiation
- Following customers in the area in charge
- Following debt and support accountants to recover debt
- Follow and update product’s information (on hand, date, new coming products,,,), create sale plan and sale promotion, propose supporting program for customers
- Support customers to set up and display for the new stores
- Solve complaints and feedbacks from customers
- Bachelor of Arts in Sales, Business Administration, etc.
- Having 3 years’ experience in cosmetics, beauty
- Computer literacy particularly in MS Excel
- Customer oriented and detailed oriented
- Written and verbal English skills - able to communicate at all levels of the business
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
