HUAHAI is a specialized manufacturer of prefabricated bathroom pods, serving residential, hotel, and accessibility-focused projects. We are expanding our presence in Vietnam and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Ho Chi Minh City showroom.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage showroom sales and customer relationships for our prefabricated bathroom products in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can bridge our Singapore head office and local Vietnamese customers, with a background in sales — ideally within real estate or related building products.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist walk-in and referred customers at the showroom, presenting HUAHAI's bathroom pod product lines
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product types, sizes, and configurations
• Generate leads, follow up on leads, and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing
• Liaise between local customers/partners and the head office (product details, ordering process, installation coordination)
• Build and maintain relationships with property developers, contractors, interior designers, and hotel operators
• Follow up on after-sales matters and customer satisfaction
• Report on sales activity, pipeline, and market feedback to management
Requirements
• Language: Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Vietnamese. English is a plus but not required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in real estate, building materials, or related products (bathroom/sanitary ware, construction materials, interior fit-out, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging directly with customers in a showroom setting
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (quotations, email, simple reporting)
• Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for showroom customer interaction
Nice to Have
• Existing network in real estate, construction, or hospitality industries in Ho Chi Minh City
• Experience selling technical/building products requiring product explanation (vs. pure retail sales)
